About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You’ll assist with daily living, provide companionship, support residents with food and drink, follow care plans, and offer one-to-one time, all while contributing to a rewarding and varied environment.
About You
You’ll have experience caring for older people, a can‑do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a warm‑hearted, compassionate approach to delivering the highest standard of care and support.
