Overview
Communications and Digital Support Officer — Grade 3, £25,185 up to £26,403 per annum pro rata (actual salary £15,111 up to £15,841). 22.2 hours per week, Monday to Friday, permanent contract.

Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate records, raise orders and invoices, and handle general administration tasks with precision.
* Check and edit web and intranet content, ensuring clarity and accuracy before publication.
* Schedule social media posts and coordinate responses to public comments and messages, keeping our online presence engaging and responsive.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in an administrative function with strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent proficiency in MS Office programs.
* Excellent command of written English.
Working Arrangements
We operate a hybrid working model with a mix of office-based, home and remote working available when suitable. The contractual base will be office-based with agreed flexibility to work from home or at remote working locations in the borough when suitable, though regular attendance at the office in Hinckley will be required.
