Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a professional, organised and experienced School Administrator to join a welcoming Secondary School in Oldham. This is a full-time, long-term position starting immediately, offering a daily rate of £100.

About the Role:
As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the school office. Your responsibilities will include managing attendance records, answering calls and queries from parents, supporting staff with administrative tasks, updating school systems, and helping ensure the smooth operation of front-of-house services.
You will need to be confident using IT systems, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to work well under pressure. Previous experience using school software such as SIMS or Arbor is highly desirable.
Essential Requirements:
Applicants must have prior experience working in a school or educational setting - applications without this will not be considered
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and school management systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor)
Friendly, professional and proactive approach
Understanding of safeguarding and data protection procedures
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
