Job Purpose
Working Hours: 37 Hours Wednesday to Sunday. Weekend Working.
Location: You will work across the Aire & Calder Navigation and Calder & Hebble Navigation, including iconic locations such as Salterhebble and Stanley Ferry, the Wakefield Branch of the Aire & Calder Navigation, as well as a reservoir at Southfield, Goole.

We are currently recruiting for a F2F Fundraising Performance Coach. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of excellent fundraising results and fundraising compliance standards and specifically the delivery of performance improvements in our F2F fundraisers through coaching, training, and continuous development. The role will also involve direct fundraising where you will be expected to meet a personal target.
In this role you will be responsible for coaching the performance of multiple teams in the region that consist of lone workers, pairs of fundraisers to bigger teams as the income plan increases. A key accountability will include identifying training requirements and delivering on and off field training and coaching to support growing our income. Travelling and visiting fundraisers across the network to provide support and training through coaching defines the standard day to day requirement for this role.

Knowledge, Skills/Qualifications & Experience
* Key Accountabilities include coaching performance of teams, managing individual fundraising targets, acting as a hands-on fundraiser, visiting teams, providing training, maintaining standards, supporting recruitment, and managing reports.
* Qualifications in performance management and coaching are desirable.
* Experience in face-to-face fundraising, team leading, and meeting KPIs is essential.
* Ability to work independently, adapt to regional needs, and use IT systems proficiently is required.
