Reporting to the Strategy Director, you will be the secret weapon for our Account Managers and Paid Media teams, ensuring every pixel we produce serves a specific purpose in the marketing funnel.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><p><b>Strategic Vision:</b></p><ul><li>Trend Forecasting: Be the agency’s eyes and ears for e‑commerce trends, keeping our clients ahead of the curve on TikTok, Meta, and beyond.</li><li>Competitor Intelligence: Conduct deep‑diving research into competitor landscapes to identify opportunities for our brands.</li><li>Performance Briefing: Translate complex client objectives into razor‑sharp creative briefs for social, email, and web.</li><li>Creative Efficiency: Audit our output to reduce wasted resources, ensuring we focus on the formats and hooks that actually move the needle.</li></ul><p><b>Tactical Execution</b></p><ul><li>Data Storytelling: Analyse ad format performance and present findings to clients, explaining why a specific creative won or lost.</li><li>Full‑Funnel Design: Craft assets tailored specifically for their placement, whether it’s a high‑energy top‑of‑funnel TikTok or a bottom‑of‑funnel conversion‑led email.</li><li>Hands‑on Creation: When duty calls, you’ll jump into the tools to execute design work, ensuring the final product matches the strategic intent.</li><li>Workload Orchestration: Manage multiple creative work streams, balancing big picture strategy with the daily demands of a fast‑paced agency.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>eCommerce First: You understand the Shopify ecosystem and know what makes a digital shopper click Add to Cart.</li><li>Funnel‑Focused: You know the difference between awareness creative and conversion creative, and you can articulate those differences to clients.</li><li>Tool Mastery: You are a power user of Figma and Motion, and you’re comfortable exploring new AI or video tools to speed up iteration.</li><li>Proactive & Polished: You’re comfortable presenting your ideas in a boardroom or a Zoom room and can defend your creative choices with data.</li></ul><h3>Skills / Qualities</h3><ul><li>Proven Agency Experience: You’ve worked in a performance‑led environment where creative is measured by results.</li><li>Creative Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Figma and Motion (or similar video/animation software).</li><li>Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable looking at Meta Ads Manager or GA4 to see which creative hooks are driving the best CAC.</li><li>Briefing Expertise: You can write a brief so clear that a designer or copywriter knows exactly what is expected of them on the first pass.</li></ul><h3>Salary Expectations</h3><p>We appreciate that showing a salary indication is helpful for you to know whether it works with your personal circumstances, and it can be extremely frustrating to keep something so important so vague.
