The role and the team
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to work from our London office at least 3 days per week.
You’ll support the Physical Security Department in protecting our employees, properties, and assets. Your responsibilities include supporting both office and field teams to minimize risk and reduce loss across our operations and supply chain. You will receive training in loss reduction and risk mitigation techniques, including risk assessments, investigations, site visits, and using advanced security systems. Flexibility is essential to meet operational needs, and continuous personal development is encouraged.

The Physical Security Team aims to identify and mitigate risks that could impact customer satisfaction or cause financial loss, striving to do so with minimal disruption through collaboration and innovation. Your responsibilities include:
* Maintaining the reliability and compliance of physical security systems
* Supporting the integration and management of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercoms, turnstiles, and related software
* Assisting with preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime
* Updating security procedures and managing documentation in SharePoint
* Working with third-party suppliers on travel risk assessments and threat mitigation
* Using open-source intelligence to monitor potential threats
* Analyzing data to reduce loss and visualizing trends
* Supporting audit processes and compliance documentation
* Producing reports and assisting in incident response planning
* Participating in investigations, evidence collection, and court testimony
* Helping develop counter-terrorism training and collaborating with external agencies
* Assessing business trips for risks and anomalies
* Coordinating with other teams on security-related projects
* Conducting facility security assessments and vulnerability testing
* Promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within the team
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:

* Understanding of CCTV and access control systems
