Our superb client, based in Huntingdon, is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis working 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
As ERP Manager, you will be responsible for:-
1. The support, administration, maintenance, optimisation and configuration of the UK IFS ERP System
2. Leading and mentoring a procurement team, training, coaching and developing of your team, 121’s, appraisals, establishing KPI’s, etc
3. Acting as a key contact for technical and functional IFS ERP system across the business.
4. Managing daily IFS ERP maintenance and operations, managing user accounts, security settings, permissions, etc
5. Overseeing data import and exports, updates and cleansing
6. Lead module deployments and upgrades and support ERP implementation including testing and rollouts and UAT
7. Provide end-user training and create operator user guides, maintaining operating procedures and technical documentation with updated information
8. Ongoing review and streamlining of processes
9. Work closely with IT to coordinate integration with IFS and other company systems
10. Provide management and analytical reports.
To be considered for the ERP Manager, you will have:-
11. 2-5 years’ experience supporting ERP systems (preferably IFS)
12. Familiarity with Crystal Reports, SQL, database query tools and system integrations
13. Basic understanding of API’s, middleware or data integration tools
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
16. Strong training and documentation ability.
