This is a full-time, Monday to Friday (9-5) outreach role, working in the community and typically covering 1-2 boroughs. Most of your time will be spent face-to-face with clients and partners. There may be the odd home working day, but this is not fixed.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of clients with health and employment needs.
* Deliver coaching and practical employment support (CVs, interviews, job search).
* Advocate for clients with employers to resolve workplace issues.
* Build partnerships with clinicians, GPs, and referral agencies.
Qualifications
* Experience managing caseloads with health or employment needs.
* Ability to motivate and coach people into sustainable jobs.
* Strong partnership skills with clinicians, employers, and referral agencies.
* Experience in a challenging role supporting vulnerable clients to achieve goals, while working to performance targets yourself and managing your own wellbeing.
* Your experience should show that you\'ve achieved and sustained targets in a role over time. Roles based in West London.
