Security Governance and Assurance Manager
Location: Global (Flexible to any country with a core JM site)

The role:
As a Security Governance and Assurance Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
1. Owning and continually improving JM’s Global Security Policy, Standards and site risk classification in line with the organisation’s risk appetite.
2. Designing, maintaining and delivering a fit-for-purpose Level 2 security assurance programme across JM and relevant third-party sites.
3. Partnering with Group Security operations and business units to plan and conduct on-site security assurance audits and assessments.
4. Coordinating with Group Assurance and Risk teams to support the development, delivery and follow-up of Level 3 security audits.
5. Tracking, reporting and driving closure of actions arising from security assurance activity.
6. Supporting global security programmes, including penetration testing, data governance, continuous improvement initiatives and training.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
7. Recognised qualification in Security, Business Management or a related discipline, supported by relevant professional experience.
8. Proven experience identifying security risks, conducting security assurance or audit activity, and recommending pragmatic mitigation actions.
9. Strong knowledge of physical, technical and procedural security controls and their effective implementation.
10. Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed locations, with strong organisational skills.
11. Experience working with security-related data, reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making.
12. Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders across corporate and operational functions in a global environment.
