💰 Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Package + Bonus

The Company
We are a specialist Design & Build commercial fit out contractor delivering high-quality Cat B workplace projects across the UK. Our business is built around providing a full turnkey service, from early-stage design collaboration through to project completion and client handover.
Due to continued growth and a strong secured pipeline, we are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join our Birmingham team.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work between our office, live project sites and home.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple D&B Cat B commercial fit out projects from concept and design development through to delivery and completion.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard, while maintaining strong client relationships throughout.
Key Responsibilities

Managing Design & Build Cat B commercial fit out projects up to £2m
*
Leading projects through design development, procurement, delivery and handover
*
Working closely with designers, consultants and internal pre-construction teams to provide practical design input
*
Developing and managing project programmes using Microsoft Project
*
Full commercial oversight including cost control, variations, forecasting and reporting
*
Acting as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
*
Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners
*
Proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
*
Ensuring projects are delivered safely and in line with quality expectations

About You
We are looking for a driven and commercially aware Project Manager with proven experience delivering commercial fit out schemes within a Design & Build environment.

Strong organisational and programme management ability
