What you bring
1. Inbound and outbound calls - identifying leads and opportunities
2. Prioritize opportunities based on the likelihood of conversion
3. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
4. Follow up with customers and action leads within agreed SLAs
5. Coordinate with underwriting and sales support regarding missing or additional information needed to complete applications
6. Structure calls based on customer demands and suitability, adhering to call quality standards
7. Negotiate in conflict situations to achieve win-win outcomes
8. Solve problems and proactively establish client satisfaction
9. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product modifications, industry trends, and sales techniques
10. Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for clients
11. Learn to upsell and cross-sell policies where appropriate
12. Participate in ad hoc projects and testing as required
