Our client, a successful Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Twickenham, is looking for a Procurement Manager to take ownership of stock management, supplier relationships, and the smooth flow of equipment and renewals that power their business.
This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for someone who enjoys being at the centre of things - ensuring the right tech, software, and logistics are always in place to support a growing IT services team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end IT procurement.
2. Oversee stock levels and coordinate the shipment of clients equipment.
3. Build strong, reliable relationships with suppliers and distributors.
4. Manage software licensing and renewal schedules.
5. Support project teams with timely logistics and asset management.
6. Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to maintain a professional environment.
7. Handle post, courier services, and deliveries.
8. Assist with onboarding new starters, ensuring equipment and workspace setup are ready to go.
