Job Description
We are working closely with our school in Horncastle who are looking to add a Math teacher from May until the end of the academic year, likely beyond and in to 2027. Some of the key responsibilities include: * Plan and teach KS3/KS4 Math effectively and creatively across the age and ability range.* Ensure students are assessed in line with department and school policy and to use assessmentto inform student learning.* Report to parents on student progress as required by school policy.* Attend and contribute to Math department meetings.* Follow departmental schemes of work and where appropriate, contribute to their development.* Promote Math in the school and contribute to enrichment and extra-curricular activities.* Support student learning through regular target setting.* To keep up to date with current thinking and new initiatives regarding Math Teaching.Apply now to be considered for this exciting opportunity at a wonderful secondary schoolAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
