Maintenance Shift Engineer (Electrical bias)

We’re currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Maintenance Shift Engineer at our Lincoln site. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, the successful individual will be responsible for ensuring our production equipment runs safely, efficiently and reliably, supporting operations across our flexographic, slitting and bagging machines.
Responsibilities
* Ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation of production equipment.
* Perform fault diagnosis, planned preventative maintenance, equipment installations and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Use technical documentation to support maintenance tasks and document spare parts usage.
* Communicate effectively with managers and supervisors to ensure priorities are met.
* Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Support operational performance and continuous improvement goals.
Qualifications
* A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
* Proven experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Shift Pattern
The shift pattern is currently under review but will include some weekends and night shifts.
