An established and forward-thinking property and construction consultancy is seeking a Senior or Associate-level Project Manager to join their Leicester office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role within a respected team that continues to grow. You'll be responsible for delivering a range of high-quality projects across sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading the delivery of multiple construction projects across various sectors
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and developing long-term relationships
* Managing project budgets, timelines, risk, and reporting at each stage
* Coordinating consultant teams and monitoring contractor performance
* Supporting business development, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to team growth
What We’re Looking For
* Chartered (MRICS / MAPM / MCIOB) or on the path to qualification
* Proven consultancy-side project management experience
* A track record of managing projects across more than one sector
* Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
* A proactive mindset and clear ambition to advance into senior leadership
