We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Reporting Analyst to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation during a period of growth and transformation.About the RoleYou’ll be part of a newly formed Group Reporting & Analysis team, supporting multiple regions and departments. This role focusses on producing accurate and consistent financial reports, maintaining key data sets, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and maintain standard reports across multiple business units.Manage and update the weekly orderbook report.Support month-end reporting and KPI dashboard preparation.Assist with rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and reforecasts.Review and analyse centralised Group costs P&L.Deliver ad hoc analysis and support the annual budget process.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment.Advanced Excel and strong IT skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.Highly organised and detail-oriented.Desirable:AAT/ACCA/CIMA (PQ/finalist/newly qualified)Experience with BI tools (Phocas, Tableau, Power BI).Background in business partnering and analytical review.Why Apply?Competitive salary of £60,000.Hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).Opportunity to contribute to a growing, innovative organisation. # 4752167
