1. Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, with strong employee relations expertise.
2. Confidence in advising and pushing back on senior stakeholders.
3. Skilled at coaching managers and handling difficult conversations with credibility and trust.
4. Strong knowledge of employment law and complex ER case management.
5. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of cases.
6. Personable, credible, and able to build trust quickly.
7. CIPD qualification is a plus but not essential.
