Due to company growth, Barlows are now looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to join the team at their High Wycombe branch.
The program offers a Level 3 Qualification and on-the-job training, giving you the chance to learn and apply what you learn in the field. You'll work alongside an enthusiastic team, gaining practical experience and building essential skills that will help you excel in your career. Our Offices in Malpas, Manchester and High Wycombe are continually growing, adapting and taking on more prestigious and recognisable clients. Working alongside and being mentored by our experienced team you will cover topics such as finance, marketing, project management, procurement, communications and more building you up ready to deliver the high quality standard Barlows demands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with day-to-day admin tasks including scheduling, job tracking, and document management
* Support finance processes such as invoicing and quotes
* Handle customer calls and service requests professionally
* Keep internal records and systems up to date and accurate
* Work alongside the wider Fire & Security team to support ongoing projects
What You'll Learn:

* IT systems and software used in administration
Entry requirements
* Maths and English GCSE's at grade 4/C or above
* Interest in Business Administration or the fire and security industry
* Live local to the office and able to commute daily
Training to be provided
Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training, remotely, twice a month.
You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your apprenticeship.
You will be required to complete assessments and portfolio work during your tutor led meetings and take part in any additional training courses that the company require you to complete.
The employer will mentor and coach you on the job. You will also shadow, learn and get involved in all aspects of your administrative role with our office manager.
You will attend dedicated tutor led meetings hosted via MS Teams and gather any on the job evidence needed to supplement your studies.
