Position Available: Teaching Assistant (SEMH Hub)
Hours: 34.5 per week (Monday to Friday)
We invite applications for the position of Teaching Assistant in the SEMH Hub. We are seeking an adaptable, flexible, and resourceful individual to join our team. The majority of your hours will be dedicated to the hub, with additional time spent as a general Teaching Assistant.
Responsibilities:
1. Work collaboratively with a diverse team of teachers to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
2. Provide individual and group support to students, coaching them towards academic success.
3. Assist with assessments and document learning progress.
4. Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging learning resources.
5. Demonstrate a willingness to explore and adopt new classroom technologies.
6. Create opportunities for all learners to reach their full potential.
