Post Title: Business Delivery Manager - Mid Market Rent
Location: Headquarters, Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term for 23 months
Salary: £49,758 - £54,418 per annum
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To design, develop, and implement a mid-market housing model for Highland Council. This role supports developing a new approach to delivering affordable housing for the Council.
The role includes analyzing existing delivery models, researching best practices nationally, conducting an options appraisal, and developing the business case for the preferred model. The post holder will lead the implementation of the chosen model through to operation.

Requirements
* Educated to degree level or possess a relevant professional qualification.
* OR demonstrate evidence of degree-level educational ability through experience in an equivalent role.
* Appropriate project management qualification or experience.
