Founding Full-Stack Engineer (React + Django)
We're building an AI-driven Hospitality Tech platform that helps vacation rental property owners increase their Booking.com revenue through automation and data-driven insights.
We are pre-PMF, growing our revenue month on month and have a strong base of initial customers who love the product and we will soon be expanding to other OTAs (e.g., Airbnb, Expedia).
Requirements:
• Previous startup experience (early employee or founder).
• Based within ±4 hours of UK time (Europe/London) to allow daily overlap.
What you'll do
Build and ship features across React + Django + Postgres.
Design clean APIs, background jobs, and queues.
Use typescript, tailwind, react, tanstack query on the frontend.
Enterprise level scraping with thousands of requests a second..
Working with our Chrome extension that allows us to connect to our customers accounts
Work directly with both founders on scope, trade-offs, and delivery.
Use ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot to accelerate the implementation of features
Who you are
Comfortable across frontend and backend; pragmatic about trade-offs in a start-up and shipping incrementally.
Relational database experience such as PostgresSQL or similar and ORM experience (we use django ORM).
Prefers small teams, fast iteration, and direct responsibility with no micro management.
Communicate clearly and work well in a remote, async environment (UK/EU time zone).
Bonus: experience with ML, statistical analysis, big data, web scraping, browser automation, or reverse-engineering public data sources at scale. Previous experience in property, travel, or pricing tech (PMS/RMS/Booking.com/Airbnb) experience is a big plus as well.

Fully remote, with an in-person day roughly once a month (London but this depends where you are based).

What we offer
£40k–75k salary (DOE).
0.5–2% options (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff).
