Are you detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for operational excellence? Do you enjoy working in a hands-on role where accuracy, safety and teamwork are essential?
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be picking & packing orders on for delivery, using a voice activated picking system and a counterbalance forklift.
This is a Monday to Friday only role and would suit someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and wants to be part of a close-knit, supportive team. Whether you've worked in FMCG or logistics and have counterbalance forklift experience, this could be a great next step.
What you'll be doing:
* Operating forklifts (Counterbalance) and other MHE in line with safety standards
* Accurately picking, storing, and dispatching goods
* Carrying out stock counts and reporting discrepancies
* Supporting goods-in/out processes including loading and unloading deliveries
* Working closely with the logistics team to meet daily targets
What you'll need:
* Previous Forklift Experience
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Good communication and a team-first mindset
* Physically fit and able to work in a time-sensitive setting
