We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. Duties
* Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company goals.
* Post office experience preferred.
* Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling and networking to identify potential clients.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials .
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Participate in territory management by identifying opportunities for growth within assigned areas.
* Engage in direct sales activities, including upselling products and services to existing customers.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales or a related field; experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Previous experience in account management or territory sales is beneficial.
* A proactive approach to lead generation and business development activities.
