We're looking for a Business Compliance Officer supporting our client's Commodities and Global Markets business in Risk Management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations, advising on policies and controls, and fostering a strong culture of integrity across the trading floor.
In this role, you will:
* Advise on and develop compliance policies, processes, and procedures
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to safeguard the business
* Provide training and guidance to stakeholders across the trading floor
* Collaborate with global compliance teams on projects and new initiatives
What we’re looking for:
* Experience as a Compliance Officer within Global Markets
* Strong knowledge of UK and international financial regulations
* Proven ability to design and implement compliance frameworks
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Detail-oriented, collaborative, and solutions-focused
