Deskside Technician - Onsite in Maidenhead - £40,000 - £45,000
A Global Infrastructure Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Deskside Technician to be based onsite in Maidenhead
Responsibilities
* Non-Warranty Hardware Repair
* Warranty Repair and Management
* PC lifecycle and Asset Management for Serialised Devices
* Installations, moves, and changes for Serialised Devices
* Deskside Software Support
* Smart Hands Support
* VIP Support
* Conferencing Support
* Event Support
Required Skills
* Previous PC hardware/software, network and print support experience.
* Previous VIP support experience
* Ideally have ServiceNow Ticketing system or have used a similar system.
* Must be detail-oriented, able to handle a variety of tasks in an efficient, accurate manner within deadlines.
* Demonstrate strong customer service skills - as well as the ability to communicate professionally with a sense of urgency and empathy to the affected user.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload, someone who is energised by helping people and making things happen.
