Role Summary
We are seeking skilled and detail orientated administrative assistants to join our supportive and professional team as soon as possible. This will be to support a range of clinical and non-clinical tasks. This is a varied and interesting role, ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are confident working independently and remotely. You will be responsible to the Owner/Director of Everyday Living Therapy Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
· Typing and proofreading letters, reports, and other documents
· Formatting and preparing documentation
· Electronic filing, scanning, and laminating
· Data entry and spreadsheet management
· Managing inboxes and incoming phone calls
· Collating and distributing confidential information
· Minute taking and general administration support
· Maintaining records and using electronic notes systems
Requirements:
· Proven experience in an administrative role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience with electronic notes or records systems (preferred)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
· Comfortable communicating by phone and email
· Motivated, proactive, and professional approach
