As Cyber Defence's Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and driving revenue growth.
You will work closely with technical teams to ensure that customer needs are met with tailored cybersecurity solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships and understand the cybersecurity landscape will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development & Sales
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding Cyber Defence’s client portfolio.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and post-sales support.
* Work closely with Pre-Sales teams to develop compelling proposals that address customer needs.
* Perform P&L analysis of existing and potential customers to optimise revenue opportunities.
* Client Relationship Management
* Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients receive the best cybersecurity solutions and services.
* Deliver presentations and demonstrations of products/services to clients.
* Market & Product Knowledge
* Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and industry developments.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of Cyber Defence’s products and services to effectively position them in the market.
* Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve product offerings and service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
* Technical Engineering degree or a similar relevant qualification.
* Proven experience and strong knowledge of the global cybersecurity market.
* Existing client portfolio in cybersecurity, with the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
* Proficiency in hunting new business and selling our proactive cybersecurity solutions.
* High level of English (spoken and written). Other languages are a bonus!
