Where you’ll be working
Children live in small, homely houses and attend a purpose-built school in a calm, caring environment with a supportive team. This is a family-home approach with purpose.

* Creating structure and fun – sometimes in the same hour

What You’ll Need
* Experience in care
* HNC in Social Care + SVQ Level 3 (Essential)
* A manual driving licence
* A kind heart and calm head

When you’ll be working
The house operates on a 3-week rolling rota with a mix of early (7am–3pm) and late (2pm–10pm) shifts, plus occasional sleepover shifts. You will receive additional pay for sleepovers.
