Business Development Manager Ecommerce Logistics
£55,000 - £65,000 basic + uncapped commission + car/allowance
Location: UK (Hybrid with travel)
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth within the Beauty, Fashion and Health sectors. You will play a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition, focusing on fast-growing e-commerce businesses that need cutting-edge 3PL, fulfilment, and delivery solutions.
What You’ll Do
* Identify, engage, and win new e-commerce clients in target sectors.
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers (founders, operations leaders, and supply chain heads).
* Deliver tailored pitches and proposals that highlight innovative fulfilment and delivery solutions.
* Work closely with internal operations and customer teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
* Track, manage, and forecast pipeline using modern CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in business development / new client acquisition within 3PL, fulfilment, warehousing, or logistics.
* Strong knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem and how brands scale internationally.
* Consultative sales style, with the ability to understand complex client needs and present tailored solutions.
* Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A natural relationship builder with the credibility to engage at senior levels.
