Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, and beauty therapies
* Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in treatment rooms
* Ensure all treatments comply with health and safety regulations and company protocols
* Promote spa products and retail items to enhance guest experience and boost sales
* Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately and confidentially
* Maintain a calm and welcoming environment to enhance guest relaxation
* Attend regular training and development sessions to keep skills up to date
