Overview
I am assisting a leading organisation in the search for an Assistant Facilities Manager. As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of facilities services and operations on a project in the South West.
Role: Assistant Facilities Manager
Location: Bridgwater
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Facilities Manager
* Liaising with multiple stakeholders
* Ensuring all compliance is up to date
* Collaborating with the Health and Safety team to maintain a safe working environment
* Planning and managing the site facilities teams and subcontractors
* Being the main point of contact for the client and visitors to the site
Requirements:
* Previous administration experience
* A good understanding of facilities management
* Excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving license
* Experience in a customer-facing role
