The Role:
* Undertake secured lending valuations across commercial and residential assets
* Prepare high-quality RICS Red Book-compliant reports
* Liaise with lenders, clients and internal stakeholders
* Manage a varied workload, ensuring accurate and timely deliveryBuild and maintain strong working relationships
About You:
* MRICS / FRICS and Registered Valuer
* Minimum 3 years PQE
* Experience within loan security valuations
* Comfortable working independently with a high level of autonomy
* Strong report writing and attention to detail
* Professional, client-focused approach
