Job Description: We’re looking for a trained and experienced Inventory Clerk to join our growing team in the Watford area. This is a flexible, freelance opportunity that’s ideal for someone already working in the inventory or property sector who wants to top up their income with additional jobs. You’ll be carrying out property inspections, including inventories, check-outs, and mid-term reports, using the Inventory Hive app. This Role Is Perfect For You If: You’re an experienced inventory clerk already working with one or more agents You’d like to take on extra flexible jobs to boost your earnings You’re self-employed and enjoy working independently You’re looking to join a growing, national company that values quality and reliability Key Responsibilities: Complete detailed property reports using Inventory Hive Visit properties to document condition, cleanliness, and contents Photograph each area to a high standard Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, and letting agents Deliver reports in a timely manner (typically same-day or next morning) Requirements: Previous inventory experience preferred, however training could be provided Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Smartphone/tablet with internet access Great attention to detail and strong written English Ability to work independently and manage your own time Based in or around Watford What We Offer: £15–£20 per hour equivalent (paid per job) Flexible work – fit around your current commitments Friendly, professional support from our national team No sales, no chasing – just focus on delivering great reports About Us: S2F Property Services Ltd delivers professional inventory and inspection services across the UK.
