Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims, including birth injuries, brain damage, and cancer misdiagnosis.
2. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

The experience you will have as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Minimum of 5 years PQE in Clinical Negligence; candidates with a background in Personal Injury and some Clinical Negligence experience will also be considered.
6. Strong technical expertise and a proven track record in handling complex clinical negligence cases.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
