Project Manager – Hard FM Services

Salary: Up to £60,000 + package
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 17:00
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of Hard FM and building services projects across a key client estate in the Cumbria region. The role involves full lifecycle project management — from scoping and design through to delivery, commissioning, and handover — ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple projects across mechanical, electrical and fabric disciplines.
* Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and contractor performance.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Coordinate stakeholders, manage design briefs, and monitor quality assurance.
* Produce project documentation, reports, and financial updates.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* Proven background in project management within FM, M&E, or construction.
* Strong understanding of CDM regulations, H&S legislation, and project controls.
* Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
* Recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP).
* Engineering or technical background preferred (HNC/HND or equivalent).
* IOSH / NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety certification desirable.
