We are seeking an R&DA Technician for our Portbury, Bristol, location.

The selected candidate will work in a lab environment and support the Snacks RD&A Team.
Key responsibilities
* Accurate and methodic seasoning sample preparation
* Assist in the development of products from concept, trials and all the way through to launch
* Various types of Snack seasoning applications including topical and slurry application
* Liaise with cross-functional teams within the business to ensure everything is compliant, effective, and meeting the project expectations
* Raw material stock and availability management
* Base stock and availability management
* Manage and coordinate Analytical requests
* Manage and coordinate Sensory testing
* Perform functionality tests
* Project management
* General lab management
Qualifications and skills
* 3rd level qualification desired but not essential
* Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment Desirable but not essential
* A keen interest in food
* Competence navigating key R&D systems
* Project management skills
* Lab good practices
* Excellent communication skills
* Enthusiastic team player
* You will bring a high level of attention to detail and have excellent organisational skills
