About the Role
* Develop and lead the CRO strategy, leveraging data to enhance website performance and increase conversions.
* Manage multiple regional Shopify stores, ensuring that content, products, and promotions remain up to date and aligned with business goals.
* Analyse heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to identify and implement areas for improvement.
* Oversee website translations for the EU and international markets, optimising conversion rates across different languages.
* Plan and execute seasonal promotions and homepage updates, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns.
* Track, analyse, and report on website performance, A/B test outcomes, and the impact of optimizations on revenue.
About You
* Extensive experience working with Shopify, managing and optimising the online stores.
* Strong background in A/B testing, and conversion tracking tools to drive data-informed decisions.
* Knowledge of SEO, site speed optimisation, and international operations to enhance global user experience.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and implement strategic optimizations.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data insights into actionable improvements.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with designers, developers, and external partners.
