An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Keyworker to join the new Complex Emotional Needs Service as a full-time Keyworker.
This role is suitable for a passionate and energetic professional eager to work closely with a dedicated team to provide high-quality, evidence-based treatments in a psychologically informed way. It is ideal for someone with a special interest in working with individuals with complex emotional needs and developing their therapeutic knowledge and skills.
The team highly values clinical supervision and reflective spaces, utilizing psychological models to expand their thinking.
Main duties of the job
1. Work as a core member of the community Complex Emotional Needs Service.
2. Collaborate with senior clinicians to ensure treatment programmes are delivered, monitored, and evaluated, including facilitating group work as required.
3. Commit to effective team working and coherent delivery of treatment and therapy.
4. Promote high standards of patient care.
5. Adhere to the Trust's policies and standards outlined in the Community Mental Health Teams Operational Policy and CEN Policy.
6. Participate as a member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team in Community Mental Health Services, transitioning to the Complex Emotional Needs Service upon its implementation.
7. Deliver high-quality Care Coordination using available resources, including supervision and consultation with Key Workers and other staff.
8. Provide in-reach support to the wider Navigo teams and Primary Care Networks.
