The Role and Your Responsibilities
* Managing the full scope of conveyancing files, including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
* Working autonomously to ensure the smooth progression of client files.
* Delivering a high level of client-focused service with clear, proactive communication.
* Utilising a case management system (experience is a plus).
* Contributing to the supportive and busy environment of the office.
What You Will Bring
1. The firm is looking for a capable and established professional who can hit the ground running and manage a busy workload effectively.
2. 2+ years PQE as a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent qualifying experience).
3. Proven experience successfully managing your own established caseload of residential sales and purchases.
4. Demonstrable project management, diligence, and strong people skills.
5. A friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude, ready to work in a busy, client-focused environment.
