£Our client is looking to recruit a new Website Manager, you'll be the engine behind the company's digital growth. Your mission is to boost traffic, turn visitors into customers, and continuously improve user experience, particularly online application journeys.
Boost Performance: Optimise everything from website architecture and content to user journeys and application forms
Test and Learn: Run an ongoing A/B and MVT testing program to drive improvements, documenting all findings to build a knowledge bank
Oversee the SEO and digital agency partners and collaborate with other marketing teams to maximise paid traffic results
Regularly report on key website performance metrics
Lead the Team: Manage and mentor a Marketing Executive, helping them grow and succeed
Deep expertise in SEO, CRO, and content marketing.
A track record of building, launching and optimising websites using a platform like Webflow
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
