As a Research Assistant, you will support the organization and management of research projects. This includes contributing to the development of study protocols, reports, and data collection methods; coordinating and attending project meetings; and traveling to client sites as needed. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment.

Our client is currently looking for a recruit in joining their current team, below are the job details for your reference.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and conducting research studies in compliance with protocols.
* Collect, record, and maintain accurate data and documentation.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
* Prepare reports and summaries based on research findings.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards throughout the research process.
The must haves:
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
