We have a vacancy within our Quality Department and are currently recruiting for the role of Quality Technician. We are looking for candidates who have relevant and proven experience seeking an opportunity to develop their skills and join a growing Organisation.

Shift Pattern:39 hours per week working the Day Shift; 07.30 to 16.30 Monday to Thursday, and Friday 07.30 to 12.30 with designated breaks.
Role Accountabilities:
1. Handling and facilitating the resolution of customer, supplier & internal QA issues including nonconformance and material review processes, ensuring adherence at all times to Nonconformance procedure.
2. Support Production and Engineering daily with all quality related issues including specification clarification.
3. Support operator training and development exercises including toolbox talks and quality alerts.
4. Support in the creation of Qualification / Approval activities and documentation for new / existing parts, including PFMEA.
5. Support customer qualification documentation i.e. FAIRs, PPAP, Measurement Systems Analysis (AS13003), APQP, SDR, Concession etc. is completed in accordance with customer requirements and specified timeframe.
