Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
* Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and used correctly
* Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning to the supervisor
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
* Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including carpet cleaning or window washing
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
* Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
