Job Summary
Tandridge Ward are seeking to appoint a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse Ward Manager to join the team.
The ward primarily focuses on the care for surgical patients who are acutely unwell.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a positive impact by ensuring patient care on Tandridge Ward is delivered in a person-centred way, supporting all members of the MDT in managing both simple and complex patient pathways.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a motivated, adaptable, forward-thinking nurse with experience in acute general surgery. Excellent communication skills and the motivation to support and develop junior colleagues are essential. This role supports our ambition of ensuring all patients receive care within the appropriate ward environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver evidence-based, safe, and effective nursing care.
* Focus on safeguarding, patient flow standards, and promoting patient experience.
* Support the MDT in managing patient pathways and ward operations.
