Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Interim Finance Manager will include, but may not be limited to;
* Oversee all financial operations within the association.
* Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting to guide decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Develop and implement efficient financial management systems.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial objectives.
* Provide guidance and support to finance team members.
* Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:
* Not for Profit and Charities background.
* A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* Part qualified.
* Ability to commute to Chorley.
* Proven experience in financial management within the not for profit sector.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards.
