Pulse’s Nursing Team - Nursing Service Delivery Lead
We are currently recruiting experienced Nursing Service Delivery Leads for roles based in the Cambridgeshire & Northamptonshire area.
These roles involve working locally to provide Nursing delivery services for a Phlebotomy & Healthcare Research Project. Candidates must have prior experience in a similar role and be proficient in phlebotomy.
This is an established programme entering its next phase, seeking new candidates.
Position Details:
* Location: Cambridgeshire & Northamptonshire
* Hours: 2-3 days per week, shift patterns vary
* Duration: Ongoing
Essential Skills:
* Experienced nurse with leadership experience in a similar environment
* Proven phlebotomy skills, as overseeing these services is required
These roles require working at least 2-3 days per week in a 7-day service, with long days from 7.30am to 6.30pm, and Sunday hours from 10.30am to 5pm. The position starts from April, with potential locations including Huntingdon and Rushden.
The sites are mobile and rotate every 4-5 weeks, so driving and flexibility to work at different sites are highly beneficial.
The pay rate is up to £33 per hour (umbrella rate), with enhanced rates for weekend work. Positions are available now.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
* Ensure high-quality care, clinical governance, and compliance targets are met
* Support staff attendance and scheduling, including providing additional support during HSW breaks
* Report directly to the Chief Nurse
* Serve as the first point of escalation for operational queries
Essential Requirements:
* Must be an experienced nurse
* Willing to fully register with our agency
