Teamforce Labour are looking for experienced Dumper and Roller Operators for a long-term project in Burnley. This is a great opportunity for reliable and skilled operators seeking consistent work. Role: Operate dumpers and rollers safely and efficiently on site. Carry out earthworks, material movement, and compaction as required. Conduct daily machine checks and report any defects. Work closely with site supervisors and ground teams. Ensure all operations comply with health & safety regulations. Requirements: Valid CPCS/NPORS Previous experience operating dumpers and rollers on construction or civils sites. Knowledge of safe systems of work and site safety procedures.
