Due to continued growth within our highly regarded Residential Property team, we are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our award-winning department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting fee earners with a full range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion, including:
* Sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
* Drafting contracts, legal documents, and correspondence
* Reviewing title documents, conducting searches, and raising enquiries
* Managing client files on case management systems (e.g., Proclaim or similar)
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
* Assisting with completions and managing post-completion formalities (e.g., SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications)
* Maintaining accurate file notes and complying with regulatory and internal procedures
* Working under the supervision of solicitors and licensed conveyancers but with increasing responsibility over time
Requirements:
Essential:
* At least 6 months’ experience as a Paralegal within a Residential Conveyancing department
* Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
Desirable:
* Completion of the LPC, SQE preparation, or equivalent legal qualification
* Experience working within a Legal 500 or comparable law firm
* Experience with leasehold or new-build transactions
* Exposure to commercial conveyancing (a bonus but not required)
