As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers to support learning across the curriculum and may deliver pre-planned lessons or provide PPA cover when required. You will play a key role in supporting pupils' academic progress, behaviour, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Support learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as required. Provide targeted interventions for individuals and small groups. Support classroom management and promote positive behaviour. Assist with planning, assessment, and resource preparation. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders. Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times. Requirements: HLTA status or relevant Level 4/5 qualification (or equivalent experience). Experience working in a primary school setting. Strong behaviour management and communication skills. Confidence leading lessons and supporting pupil progress. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
