Your Role As Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will act as a key financial partner to the Aftermarket leadership team, supporting decision-making and driving financial performance across the aftermarket business. This is a highly visible and commercially focused role, where you will provide insight, challenge stakeholders, and improve financial processes to support business growth. Candidate skills & requirements What You'll Bring - Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) - Experience in commercial finance / finance business partnering - Strong analytical skills with experience handling complex data - Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders - Experience within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or similar industries You will be a proactive and inquisitive individual, comfortable challenging existing processes, driving improvement, and working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
